Layering and layering in pastels while it is Spring yet Winter (lol!) in NYC. And do not forget your pastel bag that big enough to hold an umbrella, an extra layer (oh, yeah! Crazy cold NYC wind though!) and sneakers/rain boots! Be prepared for that unpredictable weather in The Big Apple – just in case...
